On this page you will find a number of weekly meal plans, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, (packed lunches) as well as vegan options for each meal.
Meal planning can reduce food waste, ensure a broad, nutritious diet and allow your family to see what’s coming, which can reduce complaints and questions as well as get them more involved in planning.
