Broccoli, Red Onion and Cashew Salad

This raw broccoli salad is colourful, crunchy, nutritious and super easy to make. I don’t remember where the original recipe came from but it contained pecans (which I interchange with cashews)
I swapped the dried cranberries for pomegranate to make it a bit healthier.
