“That won’t last long” said one of my children whilst I was making this video and they were right. Bizarrely this roasted cauliflower works as a snack as well as a side dish (who would have thought) and when I tell the kids off for ‘picking’ as they walk past…I then think…why am I complaining? They’re eating vegetables! And a nutritious, fibre rich cruciferous cauliflower…GO FOR IT! ….
and this recipe uses all of the cauliflower too so there’s no waste either.
People who eat large amounts of cruciferous vegetables (Cabbage, Brussels Sprouts, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Kale) have been shown to have a lower risk of cancer.
