This tastes so good. It’s filling nutritious and can be made with the vegetables that you like. I love the enoki mushrooms that add the most amazing texture – it’s the kids’ favourite bit too but you can make it with normal mushrooms. Basically make a stock and add chicken pieces. Make a chilli, garlic, ginger paste- add it, add noodles and vegetables, season and you’re done! Warming, tasty Asian Chicken, Vegetable and Noodle Broth.
