Sesame Spinach Balls

These sesame spinach balls make a great snack, starter, nibbles or a side dish and are a brilliant way of getting kids to eat spinach. I make up the sauce and leave it in the fridge. When we want the balls, I just boil up A LOT of spinach, form into balls, drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Simple and delicious.

100g of spinach provides 210% of your RNI of Vitamin A. Vitamin A helps our vision in dim light and maintains healthy epithelial, connective, muscle and nervous tissues.

    1. and they’re super delicious!!! Great as a starter too and they’d fit into an igluu meal prep container perfectly too for a picnic or snack at work.
