At the end of a big meal I often crave something sweet. I made these Mint Chocolate Shards which totally hit the spot. They’re really thin so I get the flavour hit without eating too much chocolate.
It’s super easy. This recipe shows you the mint and orange version but adapt it to the flavours you enjoy… coffee, raspberry, strawberry, nuts, seeds, cranberries, sea salt, whiskey…. the list is long 😁
